In this function you will ensure the transformational change by leading change management activities according to the strategic program.
Responsibilities
Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans based on the business strategy. You will collaborate with business functions and organizational stakeholders and act as consultant and sparring partner to executives, senior leaders and functional managers. Use monitor-tools to implement change initiatives and assist project managers in integrating change management activities into their project plans to achieve desired outcomes. Applying a structured methodology to drive the digital transformation proces s and lead change management activities. This includes organizing and managing the global change management community, several webinars and trainings as well the service portfolio. Support communication efforts by designing, developing, and delivering effective messaging to stakeholders throughout the digital transformation journey. You will assess change impacts by conducting stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, readiness analyses, and risk assessments to identify potential barriers to successful digital transformation. You will take part in defining training requirements, designing training programs, and delivering training to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Skills & Experience
You have already gained several years of professional experience in change management , affording you a profound grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools in a similar industrial environment. You hold a Bachelor's or Master´s degree in change management, organizational development, business administration, or a comparable field. You have passion for IT solutions and technologies (like Copilot, M365 apps, Agents, PowerApps etc.) and have ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas. Fluent in English and preferably German , possessing excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. You proactively approach project managers, are open to challenges, and tend to think in terms of solutions rather than problems. Your strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills enable you to provide expert advice and guidance to others, aiding teams in overcoming obstacles and accomplishing their objectives. Your leadership skills were proven successful in a significant business transformation initiative.
