In this role, you represent the Zumtobel Group in international standardisation bodies and industry associations, influencing the development of technical standards and regulatory requirements for our products. Acting as the link between external committees and our internal engineering and product teams, you ensure that new standards are understood, translated into practical guidance, and successfully embedded into future product development. Responsibilities Represent the Zumtobel Group in international standardisation bodies and industry associations (e.g. IEC) Closely interact with our global laboratories to share technical knowledge Drive and implement external product standardisation and regulatory activities across our lighting brands Translate new standards and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders Build and maintain strong cross-functional networks to share knowledge and support standardisation initiatives Provide technical leadership and expert advice on product standards across R&D, Product Management, and other business functions Lead technical projects and deliver training on product standards and regulatory topics  Skills & Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable technical discipline Several years of experience in product standardisation, regulatory compliance, or product compliance, ideally within the lighting industry Strong knowledge of international product standards and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with the confidence to represent the company externally Fluent in English, both written and spoken  What we offer Successful, international group with family DNA .
