We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to ensure the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of our global HR systems landscape. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in a hybrid environment , bridging SuccessFactors (Cloud) and SAP HCM (On-Premise) . You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, supporting ongoing modules, and enabling the evolution of our HR platforms through innovation and best practices. Responsibilities
Act as SME for SAP SuccessFactors , especially Employee Central, ensuring functional stability and high-quality support. Provide functional support and troubleshooting across SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT, PY). Support and optimize key modules, including Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Succession, Time Tracking, and EC Payroll . Manage and assess semi-annual SuccessFactors releases , activating new functionalities where beneficial. Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM On-Premise systems . Translate business needs into system configurations , including Business Rules, Workflows, and Foundation Objects. Maintain data quality, governance, and compliance in line with global standards and audit requirements. Create and maintain functional documentation and configuration workbooks . Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners , acting as a quality gatekeeper. Coordinate outsourced activities and ensure alignment with global architecture and standards .
Skills & Experience
You bring at least five years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and HR system integrations . You have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and supporting a hybrid HR landscape. You have experience with SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, PT, PY) in a support and maintenance context. You have experience with implementing or supporting modules such as Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Succession, Time, or EC Payroll . You have experience with integration tools and scenarios (e.g., CPI, Integration Center) in hybrid environments. You bring knowledge of data structures, data governance, and system configuration in SuccessFactors. You have experience with SAP transport management and system landscapes (Dev, QA, Prod) . You have strong collaboration skills and experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners . You demonstrate an analytical mindset with strong documentation and problem-solving skills . Fluency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
