Responsibilities Support monthly financial closing activities for the Italian distribution company. Contribute to the digital transformation of finance processes through automation, analytics, and continuous improvements. Assist in maintaining financial transactions, reports, and performance KPIs to enable data‑driven business decisions. Collaborate with local team members on day-to-day finance, admin, and controlling tasks, including coverage during holiday periods. Support internal and external audit processes , ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks. Partner with the sales team to prepare administrative documentation for tenders and key lighting projects. Gain exposure to cross-functional processes and learn how finance interacts with commercial and operational teams. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection.  You are currently pursuing (or have recently completed) a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics , or a related field (other backgrounds are welcome). You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and feel comfortable working with data to deliver clear insights. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working in a global, cross‑functional environment . Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus, but not mandatory. You are eager to learn and open to supporting different finance processes as needed. You can communicate in Italian, German, and English, which is beneficial and can be practiced on the job.
