We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Project Manager to join our global HR organisation and to contribute to our continuous growth. In this role you will drive organizational development, culture and change initiatives across Zumtobel Group by translating people insights and strategic priorities into impactful actions, communication and transformation programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Culture: Design and implement global organizational development and culture initiatives aligned with business and people strategy. Coordinate workstreams, prepare concepts and translate strategic priorities into practical interventions and initiatives. Change Management & Transformation Support the development and implementation of change management concepts for strategic HR and business transformation initiatives. Employee Listening & People Insights: Support global HR projects such as the implementation of a listening concept including employee surveys. Own HR sustainability reporting, annual reporting activities and the preparation of key HR insights for management and external reporting requirements. Communication & Executive Support: Create high-quality presentations, decision papers and communication materials for senior management, HR leadership and board-level discussions. HR Programs & Strategic Initiatives: Coordinate and manage global HR initiatives as HR Program Manager, ensuring alignment across the HR Roadmap, HR communication and key strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the coordination of global and local projects to drive successful execution and business impact.
Skills & Experience
You are a passionate HR professional with a strong interest in organizational development, culture, transformation and strategic HR initiatives. You enjoy turning ideas into action, coordinating complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to create meaningful impact across the organization. You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or a similar educational background Experience in driving HR projects, change initiatives, organizational development programs or transformation activities in an international environment. You enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Whether creating management presentations, drafting communications, coordinating stakeholders or driving project deliverables, you take ownership, are structured and get things done. Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills and are able to transform complex topics into compelling management presentations, decision papers and communication materials adjusted to different stakeholder groups. You are confident working with senior leaders, HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment and are able to build strong relationships across the organization. Strong analytical thinking with a passion for people and are comfortable working with HR data, reporting and people insights to support data-driven decision-making. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. You are fully proficient in English – German is an asset
