We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een medewerker Interne Verkoopondersteuning voor ons specificatiekanaal in de regio Puurs, Belgium. De regio presteert consistent en betrouwbaar en biedt een groot groeipotentieel. De functie van verkoopondersteuning speelt hierin een sleutelrol. Responsibilities Het bieden van uitgebreide technische ondersteuning aan de accountmanagers. Het onderhouden van telefonisch contact met bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Het opstellen van offertes, het uitvoeren van verlichtingsberekeningen en het opstellen van verlichtingsplannen in AutoCAD. Het nauwkeurig analyseren en interpreteren van bouwtechnische specificaties. Het bijhouden van het CRM-systeem en het opvolgen van zaken samen met de accountmanager. Het verwerken van Quality Management claims en opvolging Skills & Experience Academisch werk- en denkniveau met een technische achtergrond (Elektro/architectuur). Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in mondeling en schriftelijk Nederlands/Engels. Ervaring met CAD-programma's is een pré. Ervaring SAP is een pluspunt. Commercieel gedreven zijn.
