If so, we invite you to join us as an Area Sales Manager located in Warsaw , where you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a key sales territory. Responsibilities
Taking ownership of the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives. Achieving profit and sales targets by managing a constant sales project pipeline - from preparation and negotiation to contract closure. Establishing new as well as develop existing customer networks with a broad mix of customer types. Developing and implementing a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans. Understanding sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable growth. Technical consultancy for customers, providing excellent and professional customer service to all clients. Close cooperation with internal sales and lighting design colleagues, recognizing sales as team work. Planning and execution of customer visits on regular basis.
Skills & Experience

You have an understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role and technical background. Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set. You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Natural relationship building skills which will help you to work closely with colleagues and ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do. You are a resilient person and have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and encounter challenges with a positive attitude. You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development. You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills.
