As part of our international team, you will: Gain exposure to different areas of accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reporting, and Compliance). Responsibilities Invoice & expense processing: Review, record, and post supplier invoices, travel, and other expense claims. Accounts Receivable: Assist with customer invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. General Ledger activities : Support journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Closing support: Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Compliance & controls: Ensure financial documents are accurate, properly approved, and in line with internal and legal requirements. Payments & reconciliations: Prepare payments and perform account reconciliations. Process improvement: Take part in projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and internal controls. Cross-team collaboration: Work with local and international teams on accounting-related topics. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Experience: From entry-level graduates to professionals with 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Technical skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. Professional knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with finance, tax, and accounting regulations. Language skills: Good command of English (written & spoken).
